Verbal Reservations

• Verbal reservations will be accepted for a 30 day period. You are responsible for contacting the office during that time with your final decision. After 30 days, all Verbal Reservations become null and void, including price quote.

Purchase of plots: Pre-Need Sales

• After choosing a plot or plots, purchaser will receive an invoice.
• You will have up to 1 year to make monthly payments on the plot purchase price. If you default, the original purchase price of the lot will not be honored and will increase to the then current price at time of need.
• Opening/Closing and Continuing Care costs will be billed at time of use, at then current prices.

Purchase of plots: At Time of Need Sales

• If lot was previously purchased, you will be invoiced for current pricing of Opening/Closing and Continuing Care.
• If a lot needs to chosen, you will be invoiced for current pricing of Lot, Opening/Closing and Continuing Care.
• Fees need to paid at time of grave use.

Relinquishing of Plot(s)

• If, within the first 12 months from original purchase you decide the plot(s) is/are not needed, Holy Cross will take the plot(s) back into available inventory, and refund you any deposits made. After one year from original purchase, a refund of only 50% of any deposits will be made.
• You may gift your plot(s) to any family member. Please notify the office in writing of this change.

Please contact the parish office (509-962-9819) to make an appointment to pick out a plot, or to make arrangements for placement at Holy Cross Cemetery. We also have a Military Section and a Memorial to the Unborn.  Prices are subject to change.  Please call the parish office for current pricing.
